A Prayer for Nigeria

Hi guys,

I just read this prayer for Nigeria and thought to share with you.

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12

“For the weapons of our warfare are not canal, but are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds” 2Corinthians 10:4

Amen to this prayer!

Psalms 35:1-10
A Psalm of David.
Plead the cause of the righteous, the poor and the innocent in Nigeria, O Lord, with them that strive with them:
fight against them that fight against your children.
Take hold of shield and buckler,
and stand up for our help.
Draw out also the spear, and stop the way against them that persecute Your children: say unto our souls, I am thy salvation.
Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after the souls of a Your children: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise the hurt of the innocent!
Let them be as chaff before the wind:
and let the angel of the Lord chase them!
Let their way be dark and slippery:
and let the angel of the Lord persecute them!
For without cause have they hid for the poor, the innocent & the righteous…
